Operating Principle

The process can be divided into four sections as the below picture shown.

1- oil cylinder   2- high pressure safety valve   3- high pressure check valve   4- high pressure pump   

5- oil filter   6- low pressure pump   7- control handle   8- low pressure safety valve   

9- low pressure check valve   10- unloading valve   11- high pressure rubber hose

1. Filling oil: Before hydraulic press hand pump starts working, the oil is pressed into two pressure check valves through the plunger piston and then enters into oil cylinder. When the pressure rises1MPa, the low pressure safety valve opens then low pressure oil spill back to the reservoir tube.

   
   

2. Boosting pressure: Basing on the above, plunger piston continues to work and the pressure gradually increased. When the pressure exceeds rating pressure (63Mpa), the high pressure safety valve opens then high pressure oil spill back to the reservoir tube. So that the pressure is always maintained at 63MPa.

   
   

3. Acting: in the work process, the energy would be reduced due to applying work. In order to maintain the required operating pressure, shaking the control hand is needed till end of work.

   
   

4. Unloading: When the work is completed, the pressure needs to be reduced to zero. Open the unloading valve, the oil flows back to Chu Tubing. Complete the uninstall work.

   
   

5. Filling oil, boosting pressure and acting can be completed by shaking the control hand.
