Although the mud pump has a long service life, it is recommended that users take necessary maintenance measures in daily use, follow the instructions for daily maintenance of the mud pump, and regularly check whether all screws on the mud pump are loose and tighten them in time.


For single-acting pneumatic actuators, the output force of the mud pump is related to the valve opening


The principle is that the mud pump uses compressed air, nitrogen, or natural gas as power, and the force on the mud pump also affects its motion characteristics. Therefore, a force balance needs to be established within the entire opening range of the mud pump. The mud pump method is only applicable to the selection of pneumatic actuators, and its function mode is formed by the combination of the positive and negative effects of the actuator and valve.


After the pilot valve is activated, a pressure signal is sent to the other end of the main directional air valve. Regardless of the type of mud pump actuator, its output force is an effective force used to overcome the load (mainly referring to the unbalanced force and unbalanced moment plus the effects of friction, sealing, gravity, etc.). Therefore, in order for the mud pump to work properly, the matched actuator needs to generate sufficient output force to overcome various resistances and ensure high sealing and valve opening.


The mud pump is a new type of pump with outstanding comprehensive performance.
