The Centrifugal Oil Pump Has a Simple Structure and is Easy to Operate

The centrifugal oil pump is a self-priming centrifugal pump, which has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, stable operation, easy maintenance, high efficiency, long life, and strong self-priming ability. There is no need for a bottom valve in the pipeline, just make sure that there is a certain amount of pilot oil stored in the pump body before working. Centrifugal pumps are suitable for oil industry, land oil depots, oil tankers, and suitable for marine cargo oil pumps, bilge pumps, fire pumps, ballast pumps and machine cooling water circulation, etc., respectively transporting gasoline, kerosene, diesel, jet fuel and other petroleum Products and seawater, clean water, medium temperature -20 ℃ - +80 ℃, such as transporting chemical liquids can be replaced by anti-corrosion mechanical seals.

The centrifugal oil pump is made of selected materials, and the seal is made of hard alloy mechanical seal, which is durable. The discharge pipeline does not need to install a safety valve, and the suction pipeline does not need to install a bottom valve, which simplifies the pipeline system and improves the working conditions.

1. Main features of centrifugal oil pump

(1) Smooth operation: The concentricity of the pump shaft and the excellent dynamic and static balance of the impeller ensure smooth operation without vibration.

(2) No water leakage: The cemented carbide seals of different materials ensure that there is no leakage when conveying different media.

(3) Low noise: The water pump supported by two low-noise bearings runs smoothly, except for the faint sound of the motor, which is basically silent.

(4) Low failure rate: The centrifugal oil pump has a simple and reasonable structure, and the key parts are equipped with high-quality accessories, which greatly improves the trouble-free working time of the whole machine.

(5) Easy maintenance: replacement of seals and bearings is simple and convenient.

(6) Less land occupation: the outlet can be left, right and upward, which is convenient for pipeline arrangement and installation and saves space.

2. Preparation and inspection before the centrifugal oil pump is started

(1) According to the working conditions of the pump, the centrifugal oil pump is lubricated with calcium-based butter and oil respectively. If the pump is lubricated with butter, the bearing box should be filled with butter regularly. If the pump is lubricated with oil, if the oil level is insufficient, then add enough.

(2) Check whether the storage liquid in the pump casing is higher than the upper edge of the impeller. If it is insufficient, the storage liquid can be directly injected into the pump body from the liquid filling port on the pump casing. The operation should not be started when the storage liquid is insufficient, the pump cannot work normally, and the mechanical seal is easily damaged.

(3) Check whether the rotating parts of the pump are stuck and bumped.

(4) Check the pump body foot and the nuts of each connection for looseness.

(5) Check the coaxiality or parallelism of the pump shaft and the motor shaft.

(6) Check the inlet pipeline for air leakage. If there is air leakage, try to eliminate it.

(7) Open the valve of the suction line, slightly open (do not fully open) the outlet control valve.

3. Inspection work when the centrifugal oil pump is stopped

(1) First, the gate valve on the discharge pipeline must be closed.

(2) Stop the pump from rotating.

(3) In the cold season, the liquid storage in the centrifugal pump body and the water in the cooling chamber of the bearing body should be emptied to prevent the parts from freezing and cracking.
